Did you hear that?

The Striker series has entered its next chapter! As of yesterday, I am proud to say that the first book, Elements of Change, has been published once again, this time as an audiobook. This latest version was narrated by Patrick Boylan, an actor based out Los Angeles.

Patrick's narration of Elements of Change is not simply reading text off a page. No, this was a full one-man show of this book, which is why he has more than earned the "Performed by" credit on the cover. Four years ago when I started this series, I never thought that I would get to the point where I would get to hear each of them. Like when Morgan did the art for the characters, it was a surreal moment to hear the voices of Neil, Evan, Erica, Tykie, Colonel Ray, and all the others. The most amazing part of Patrick's narration is that each and every one of them has their own distinct voice. Even more amazing is his attention to detail. We had an initial call where he had voices for every character, including those who may have only had a single word. Please see Ms. Larson's crude and lustful "yum" in Chapter Two. It's these little details that make it a standout performance, one that I could not be happier with.

As the series transitions into its next phase, I'm excited to say that I fully intend to bring all of them to the audiobook format. After all, the Striker series is for those who can't quite find the time to read. What better way to address that than by providing the book to an even wider audience.

Striker V: Elements of Change is now available on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

Learning! It's a process.

I had a great discussion with some friends earlier about Erica's story in "In the Meantime." To be frank, I'm not entirely happy with its ending. The whole "food and family" angle was missing from the

Onto Book Three

At long last, the third book of the Striker V series is out into the wild world. It's been a long time in the works, and it's been a difficult write. This story is perhaps the most personal as of yet.

Leveling up

Ever since that Saturday morning a long time ago when I started writing what would become “Elements of Change,” writing and self-publishing a book has been an adventure in learning. Back then, I didn’
